Full Time Licensed Therapist

Are you a therapist who leads with compassion and believes in the healing power of human connection? We’re looking for a Licensed Therapist to join our growing mental health practice—a place where clinicians are supported, clients are truly seen, and growth happens both personally and professionally.

Who We Are

We’re a values-driven, therapist-led practice that offers care across the lifespan—from children (age 5+) to older adults. Our clinicians come from a variety of backgrounds and specialties, and we celebrate that diversity. What unites us is a shared commitment to creating a calm, collaborative, and respectful space for both clients and clinicians.

We believe therapy shouldn’t be rushed, burnt out, or bogged down in red tape. Instead, we provide a work environment where you can see your clients, focus on your craft, and leave work at work—all while being part of a team that cheers each other on.

We believe all therapists should have the autonomy to stay in this role long term, build their own practice on the side, or use this space as a stepping stone to reach their goals. We are building a team of clinicians who want to grow with the practice and community!

 Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)

• At least 1 year of clinical experience with a trauma-informed approach

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

• Able to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and life stages
