Lilly Snyder, LPC
Sometimes, life gets a bit overwhelming and we lose sight of our path. Occasionally, our path becomes clouded with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, loss, trauma, etc. While walking our path through life, therapy can provide a nonjudgmental space to vent, problem-solve, and seek coping tools. I would like to be that person for you. We will work together to set attainable goals and learn coping skills to help us on our journey through life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor utilizing a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, person-centered practices, among others. I assist a wide range of ages, from adults to teens. The main emphasis is finding solutions to better regulate their emotions, language, belief systems, and perceptions of life challenges.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale—where authenticity, honesty, and real change happen. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your life, using coping strategies that actually work, mindfulness tools that make sense, and trauma-informed care that meets you where you are. You don’t have to do this alone.
